Wild Haus Sauna

These Terms and Conditions govern all access to and use of the Wild Haus Sauna website, booking platform, vessels, and experiences. By visiting the website, booking a voyage, or boarding any Wild Haus Sauna vessel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Definitions
- Wild Haus Sauna refers to WH Floating Sauna Club LLC and all affiliated entities.
- Guest refers to any person who visits the site, books a voyage, or boards a vessel.
- Vessel refers to any floating sauna boat or related equipment owned or operated by Wild Haus Sauna.
- Experience or Voyage refers to any private or communal sauna session operated by Wild Haus Sauna.
- Site refers to all digital properties owned or operated by Wild Haus Sauna.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
- Guests must be at least thirteen years of age to board the vessel.
- Guests under eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for the minor.
- No pets or service animals are permitted aboard any vessel.
3. Mandatory Liability Waiver
- All guests must complete the official Wild Haus Sauna Release and Waiver of Liability before participating.
- Guests who do not complete the waiver will not be permitted to board and will not receive a refund.
- The waiver is legally binding and applies to all future visits and participation.
4. Assumption of Risk
Use of a floating sauna vessel involves inherent risks, including heat exposure, cold exposure, water immersion, weather conditions, slips, falls, marine hazards, and general physical exertion. By booking or boarding a vessel, guests voluntarily accept all risks associated with sauna use, rooftop access, lake conditions, and vessel movement. Guests agree to follow all captain instructions at all times.
5. Conduct and Safety Rules
Guests must participate responsibly and respectfully. Wild Haus Sauna reserves the right to refuse service or end a voyage with no refund if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Entering the water while the vessel is moving
- Jumping from the rooftop without captain permission
- Tampering with vessel equipment
- Operating any part of the vessel
- Consuming alcohol or substances that impair judgment
- Throwing objects into the water
- Ignoring captain instructions
- Engaging in conduct that may cause harm to self or others
Unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the vessel with no refund.
6. Weather Policy and Operational Adjustments
Voyages may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or conducted dockside if weather conditions make travel unsafe. Decisions are made solely by Wild Haus Sauna.
If a voyage cannot safely depart, guests may choose between:
- A dockside sauna session at a reduced rate
- A rescheduled full voyage on a later date
Refunds follow the refund policy in Section 7.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made seven or more days before the voyage receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within seventy-two hours are non-refundable.
- Private voyages include a $50 cancellation fee.
- Guests who arrive late or fail to appear will not receive refunds or credits.
8. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, prohibited actions, or misuse.
9. Payment Terms
All pricing is in USD. Taxes, cleaning fees, or service charges may apply. Payment is due at booking.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, media, and written content are the property of Wild Haus Sauna. Reproduction requires written permission.
11. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes are resolved through binding arbitration.
- Guests waive any right to a jury trial.
- Governing law: State of Washington. Venue: Seattle, Washington.
12. Changes to Terms
Wild Haus Sauna may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
